Super Star Car Wash - Val Vista Dr & Warner Rd

Oh my god, this place is horrible. There's always some teenager there harassing you as you try to pick your wash and pay. Today I told the kid I wanted the cheapest wash, and he selected the $11 wash. I said, "Is that the cheapest wash?" He said, "No," but then he started to explain it to me, so he just flat out lied to me. That's the kind of people this place hires. It's so aggravating to have to deal with that before getting the car washed. The wash itself does a decent job, and they have good vacuums and rags, but the experience of going here just absolutely sucks.

I wanted to give a special shout out to an employee that works at Superstar Car Wash by the name of Mikey. When I discovered that somebody was fraudulently using my monthly membership, Mikey was phenomenal in helping me get my account canceled and deactivated ASAP so that no further charges were incurred. Not only did he help me get to the bottom of the issue but he got me set up on a monthly membership for less than what I was paying before. It's so nice to see a young person actually care about their job and provide phenomenal customer service. He went above and beyond. He could have just brushed it off and took it upon himself to have the manager deal with it but he owned the problem and made sure that I was taken care of. What a phenomenal young man and I appreciate him immensely! Thank you, Mikey!

I took my car here for a wash and paid $18 for the medium wash with bug remover. When I left, there were still bugs and dirt all over the front of my car, and I noticed dents along the left side of my roof after going through the wash. I filed a damage claim with management and am waiting for it to be investigated. I wash my car better by hand for free. Based on my experience, I won't be coming back.

This salesperson at Superstar told me after not responding to his sales pitch to buy a membership for the same price as a wash that i was "making a shitty decision" and walked away unlike previous Salesman whom help accept payment. He kept his hands in his pockets like someone not wanting to work. Despite the countless times I've repeated myself to these sales people that they don't cover multiple cars and i maybe will only get one wash per month per vehicle, its not worth it to me to give them my personal information and an ACH monthly for a service i don't use regularly. Its appalling to me how salesman want to drive business away with a plan designed to get customers money cosistently. I chose to give them more money each month per car since we own several cars out of honesty. But i can also chose to get a car wash wherever i want as i drive around for work all around the phoenix metro. This tactic is rediculous that Salesman are entitled to give opinions based on their limited knowledge of only owning one car for a comission. This is far from customer service....especially with how many competitors they are surrounded by it is not a good idea to push business away!!! Place was

I’m disappointed with my experience on 2/12/26. I arrived at 6:48 PM and the entrance was already closed with cones, even though the posted closing time is 8:00 PM. As a customer paying a monthly membership for four vehicles, I expect the business to honor its operating hours or provide notice and fair adjustments when closing early. I hope management improves communication and consistency. I have been a customer since 2012
